Project Divisions role is to create and maintain a comprehensive database of medium size to large scale projects in the planning and implementation stage. The data base keeps ACEC and its principal aware of every change and development in the project scope, schedule and detailed implementation milestones. ACEC daily involvement in the projects market in the Oil & Gas sector, Petrochemical, Telecommunication and Power Generation has resulted in winning and successfully completed a number of major projects. The Projects Division lead by ACEC Business Development and Projects team deals with both procurement and contracts.

Maintain up-to-date status on ongoing contracts with various clients; Communicate with the client and consultants to promote the company principals; Communicate with new vendors to establish business relationship; Communicate with the Company principals and send them information related to running contracts; Provide Technical Assistance to the principals when required.

Study all EPC Contracts and determine any potential areas; Coordinate with the project management Department for possible partners; Develop and add new potential partners to the organization.

This department signifies the foundation of ACEC when it was established. ACEC Drilling & Workover department has been the agent for many prestigious international manufacturers. There have been many achievements, such as becoming the largest supplier of Wellheads and Xmas Trees, Subsea and Surface Wellhead equipment and systems and key supplier of casing and tubing. The Drilling & Workover department is now moving into new opportunity areas in the oilfield services sector such as Cementing, Stimulation Products/Services.

Mechanical & Process division is mainly specialized in the supply of equipment such as Rotating Equipment, Gas & Steam Turbines, Instrument Air Packages, Process Equipment, Generators, Flares, Boilers, Pipes, Fittings and Valves. ACEC has a strong reputation in the field of multi-stage pumping offering state-of-art technology in cryogenic pumps as well as other types of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps. ACEC considers the leader in the supply of Marine Loading Arms providing above 90% of the loading arms installed in the State of Qatar.

This department represents one of the key manufacturer in Europe capable of offering complete turnkey solutions from small fire extinguishers to very large fire detection and protection systems. Co2 Extinguishing systems including manual/auto modular fire detection and extinction panel board. Skid mounted unit with control cabinet and clean agent cylinder assemblies. In addition to Hydraulic & Electric Remote Control, Firefighting and Automatic- Deluge, Sprinkler systems, Smoke, Flame, Temperature and Gas detection systems, Microprocessor based detection systems and Firefighting Trucks.

This department has targeted services to the client needs and requirements. Also provide Onsite Compressor Rotor Refurbishment/Coating services.

Keeping track of the requirements of spares for ACEC products like Well Head systems, Loading Arms, Industrial Air Filters etc. Coordinate with product service engineers for breakdown or annual maintenance services and provide assistance through our maintenance and administration team. Monitor the call of basic contracts for spares and services and ensure proper functioning of the demand and supply system. Maintain proper link between clients and suppliers to ensure smooth running of trading activities.
